Airalo Partner Platform 

Refund visibility

Our refund process has just become more transparent. We know how crucial visibility is for your operations, and this update delivers just that.

This enhancement applies to all our partner streams – Reseller, Corporate, and API.

We’ve enhanced the Partner Platform to give you clearer insight into refunds. Now, any eSIM refunds will be reflected directly and instantly in your Order details. No more guesswork, just straightforward, real-time insights into your transactions.

  • New refund statuses: Orders now displayRefundedandPartially refundedstatuses, making it easy to identify refunded transactions at a glance.
  • Extended order details: For any refunded or partially refunded package, you can now access a detailed view showing package information, refund ID, refund date, total price, and refunded amount.
  • Seamless navigation: The new, intuitive interface allows you to quickly filter refunded orders and see all details for each package.

These updates are designed to help you reconcile transactions more efficiently and provide full transparency on refund activity in your account.

Airalo for Business

SSO support on the Airalo app

We're thrilled to announce the addition of Single Sign-On (SSO) logins and sign-ups directly via the Airalo app. This new feature aligns with our commitment to keep your team secure, safe, and easily connected.  

Now, your entire team can effortlessly access the Airalo app using your company's trusted SSO, completely bypassing the need for individual passwords.

This significant improvement translates to:

  • Easier onboarding: Employees can log into their Airalo account using their company email ID.
  • Improved security: Authentication happens through your company's trusted identity provider (IdP).
  • Simple user management: Add or remove employees in your system, and the changes will sync automatically.
  • Integrated experience: SSO improves the login experience on both mobile and desktop devices.

Partner Integrations

Submit order just got 10x faster

Prepare for a significant speed boost! We've introduced a powerful new "half-async" mode for the Submit Order endpoint on our API. This means a radical shift: Instead of waiting for the full provisioning process, you'll now receive an immediate response.

Just look at the difference:

  • Old response time: 4-7 seconds (for ~30% of traffic)
  • New average response time: 600ms for all requests.

This upgrade means faster API responses, smoother customer experiences, and more efficient operations for your team.
