We’ve added email IDs to the eSIMs page as well as the eSIMs, orders, and invoice CSV exports. This small but powerful update makes it significantly easier to manage and monitor your workforce, especially when multiple team members are registered under the same name.

Partner Integrations

New in the Partner API: Smarter error correction

We’ve added a smart built-in correction system to our API that automatically matches incoming calls against our package inventory. It resolves small conflicts — like typos or mismatched packages — so you’ll see fewer errors and more successful transactions.
 
 While it’s still essential to keep your catalog up to date, this enhancement helps smooth over minor mistakes and prevent lost revenue.
 
Examples of what it can fix:
  • Redirects top-ups and base packages correctly
  • Corrects typos or extra characters
  • Updates outdated package IDs
  • Suggests replacements for unsupported packages
This feature is enabled by default, requires no action on your side, and will provide a better experience for your users and additional revenue.
