Improved invoices: Clear package & refund summaries
We’ve made an update to monthly invoices to provide invoice order information and details at a glance, making it much easier for you and your finance teams to process and approve payments without extra downloads.
What’s new?
We've now added a clear, built-in summary directly on the invoice, giving you the necessary financial data immediately. Invoices now include:
- Number of packages
- Number of refunds
Why it matters
- Faster approvals: Your finance teams get the information they need upfront, without having to download a CSV file.
- Less confusion: We removed the old “quantity = 1” column to make invoices cleaner and easier to interpret.
- Consistent access everywhere: The updated layouts are available across all invoice surfaces:
- Invoices displayed in the Partner Platform
- PDF invoices sent via email
- PDF invoices downloaded from your account
We’ve also applied these changes to historical invoices, so when you access or download past statements, you’ll see the same clear summary format — including package and refund counts.
This enhancement is live now and applies across all partner types.

Faster, simpler eSIM delivery format in the eSIM Store
We're excited to announce an enhancement to the eSIM store designed to make it faster and simpler for you to find the right eSIM product for your customers.
What’s new?
We’ve introduced a quick eSIM delivery format selector that helps you choose the right type from the start.
This means:
- Zero confusion: Choose your product type before browsing.
- Instant filtering: Only see products relevant to your business.
- Smart memory: Your selection is saved for your current session.
- Easy switching: Change product types at any time, directly in the store.
How it works
When you enter the eSIM Store, you’ll be prompted to choose your product type:
- White label eSIM packages: Sell eSIMs under your own brand
- Airalo eSIM vouchers: Resell Airalo vouchers.
Once you select an option, the store will filter products automatically, helping you navigate quickly, avoid irrelevant options, and make confident selling decisions.
And if you want to switch? One click — no page reloads or workflow disruption.
