API Partners, Resellers, and Airalo for Business:
Filtered data exports
Data reconciliation just got faster. The eSIMs page now supports filtered selections for all downloads.
- Custom exports: Instead of downloading everything, you can now export specific data sets based on date, package, or status.

Automated credit notes on invoices
We’ve overhauled how refunds and adjustments are handled to give you better visibility and less manual overhead. If your account ends the month with a negative balance, we now issue a formal Credit Note.
- Automatic Offsetting: No more manual tracking. Your credit balance will automatically apply to offset your next set of transactions before your new invoice is generated.
- Better documentation: All Credit Notes are now available in the Billing Section of your dashboard. You’ll also receive a PDF and CSV via email for easy accounting.

Airalo for Business
Credit and Debit Card payments in Business mode
We are excited to announce our payment feature for Airalo for Business: Support for Credit and Debit Card payments in Business mode is now available.Employees can now purchase eSIMs directly in the Airalo app using corporate or personal cards. By toggling on “Pay with Business Account,” the process remains seamless for both the user and the admin:
- For employees: They get instant access to connectivity using their preferred card.
- For admins: You retain 100% visibility. Every transaction is logged in the Partner Platform with your corporate discounts automatically applied.
Why this matters for your team:
- Zero fund management: No need to manage prepaid credits or manual top-ups.
- Automatic discounts: Your exclusive corporate rates are triggered the moment the employee toggles Business Mode.
- Seamless reporting: All orders appear in your dashboard in real-time, making reconciliation audit-ready.
How to get started: Admins can enable or disable self-purchase payment options directly within the Company Settings on the Partner Platform. Once enabled, employees simply select their preferred card at checkout.
