How does Airalo for Business work?
Airalo for Business operates through our Partner Platform and integrates seamlessly with the Airalo app, allowing employees to receive eSIMs directly on their mobile devices.
There are two distinct ways to get your team connected abroad.
Option 1: Centralized purchase and eSIM distribution method
From the Airalo Partner Platform, an admin purchases eSIMs at corporate rates and "sends" them directly to the employees' Airalo apps. The employee simply taps "Install," and they are ready to go.

We know every company manages its budget differently, so we offer two flexible ways to pay:

Postpaid: Set a monthly limit, and all purchases are consolidated into a single invoice at the end of the month.

Prepaid: Pre-purchase Airalo credits that act as a digital wallet. Every time a purchase is made, it is deducted from the total balance. You only top up when credits run low.
Option 2: Decentralized purchase method
The decentralized model is where Airalo truly shines for the frequent business traveler. It removes administrative bottlenecks and empowers the employee, but still keeps the company in total control.

Even with individual payments, admins maintain full visibility, as all orders still appear on the Partner Platform.

- Considerations: Spending limits are typically managed within your own expense management system rather than the Airalo dashboard.
