Simplified user onboarding
Onboarding new users is now much easier. We streamlined the process to save you time and give you more control.
What is new, and how does it benefit you?
Seamless user setup: We eliminated friction from the onboarding process.
- Before: You created a user, sent an invitation, and they had to actively "join" your organization.
- Now: Simply create a user. Upon their registration, the system automatically adds them to your organization. This means no extra steps and no waiting, just instant team connectivity. (Please note, we have checks in place to ensure that only eligible employees are able to auto-join.)
Flexible onboarding communications: You now have greater control over how you welcome your users.
- Your choice: Decide whether Airalo sends the standard welcome email, or if you prefer to manage those communications directly. This aligns with your brand's specific needs.
- Enterprise efficiency: For companies leveraging Single Sign-On (SSO), you can set this preference company-wide. This offers even greater consistency and efficiency across your entire organization.
The result is a smoother, faster, and more efficient onboarding experience for both you and your users. Your team can get connected and productive without delay.

Partner Integrations
Automated alerts to support your API integration
We introduced a set of automated email alerts to help you monitor and maintain your integration more effectively. These alerts keep you informed in real time, so you catch and resolve issues faster.
You will now receive email notifications for the following:
- When the GET Packages endpoint is not synced at least once per hour
- Unusual order spikes that may indicate unexpected activity
- Failures in the Submit Order endpoint
- When you are nearing your credit limit
These alerts will automatically go to your users with an Admin status. Please ensure your contact details are up to date to avoid missing any critical updates.
How does this enhance your operations? These proactive alerts will automatically go to your account admin. By catching and resolving issues faster, you minimize downtime, prevent revenue loss, and ensure a seamless experience for your customers.

Improved usage endpoint: more speed, more flexibility
We've optimized the GET eSIM Usage endpoint, making it easier than ever to access usage details for an eSIM.
What’s new?
Until now, our eSIM usage endpoint allowed one request every 15 minutes. We're easing this restriction to better support your operations:
- New rate limit: Up to 100 requests per minute per ICCID
- Response optimization: We'll be caching usage data on our end for faster replies
Real-time usage data helps you send timely notifications and show accurate balances, creating a smoother user experience.
Best practice reminder: While you can now call the endpoint more frequently, we still recommend caching usage data whenever possible. This ensures even faster response times for your users and reduces unnecessary network calls.
