Update: New Sandbox-to-Production workflow

We’ve introduced a new checklist to help you move from Sandbox to Production with confidence and clarity. It’s designed to guide you through each step and set you up for a smooth, successful launch.

Here's what the checklist helps you do:

• Track remaining requirements: Clearly see which technical and account steps still need to be completed before you can go live.
• Stay on track: Follow a structured, step-by-step path toward Production readiness.

What happens next:

• Once all checklist items are complete, the Request Production Mode button will automatically unlock.
• When you’re ready to go live, you can submit your request and track your account status directly from your dashboard.
• While your Account Manager reviews and finalizes your request, your dashboard will show a Pending status—so you always know where you stand.
