You now have the power to choose between purchasing and distributing eSIM packages or opting for the flexibility of eSIM vouchers.

With Airalo eSIM Vouchers, your users can:

• Redeem their eSIM and install it directly via the Airalo app
• Monitor their data usage at their fingertips
• Top up anytime, anywhere
• Get support from Airalo’s support team without needing to contact you

Assign & share eSIMs instantly

We’re excited to announce a key improvement that simplifies how businesses assign and share eSIMs.

Airalo for Business partners can now assign eSIMs to users at any stage of the onboarding process — joined, pending, or invited. No extra steps, no delays. The eSIM will automatically appear in the user's Airalo account, ready to use.

Here's what's new:

• Assign eSIMs to new users instantly: Create a user and assign an eSIM in a single step.
• Assign eSIMs to existing users with more flexibility: Assign to users with any status, not just those who have already joined your organization.

This update gives your team more flexibility and speeds up deployment across your organization.

Export package and pricing information with one click

We’ve introduced a packages and pricing export (CSV) that you can access right from the Partner Platform home page.

Simply click Partner Platform packages to download a file that includes:

• Country/region
• Package ID
• Package type
• Retail price
• Discounted price
• Data/SMS/Voice allocations
• Available networks

Use this export to gain clearer visibility into your available options, assess cost savings, and make more informed purchasing decisions.

Partner Integrations

New endpoint: Retrieve a list of compatible devices

Following the feedback we received about the existing endpoint, we’ve launched a new endpoint: GET /v2/compatible-devices-lite. This endpoint returns a regularly updated list of devices that support eSIM functionality, helping you validate device compatibility before processing eSIM orders.

Action required: We are no longer maintaining the model attribute. Please revere only to the name attribute in the new endpoint to get the device model.

Important note: Include your access token (retrieved from the Request Access Token endpoint) in the request headers.

Key benefits:

• Ensure your users have eSIM-compatible devices.
• Access the most up-to-date eSIM-compatible devices.
• Prevent failed eSIM activations or customer confusion.

This new update offers peace of mind for both you and your customers, ensuring a smooth, frustration-free experience right from the start.

Updated exports: Now including network information

The packages and pricing export on the Partner Platform home page now includes network information, giving you greater visibility into each eSIM’s connectivity options.

You can export the entire list of Airalo packages and their prices by clicking API packages on the Partner Platform home page.
